Company Policy
The corporate policy and thus the long-term strategic objectives of TPW are defined by the management.
The management system is based on the requirements of the standards DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 for testing laboratories as well as on applicable legal regulations.
This system ensures the high quality level of our services and thus the sustainability and further development of the company, as well as the impartiality, independence, and integrity of the management.
The management is free from any commercial, financial, or other external influences.
Regular internal audits ensure that the practicability and efficiency of procedures are reviewed and that opportunities for improvement are continuously identified and implemented.
Through accreditation, TPW is also subject to recurring assessments by DAkkS.
The proven, standards-compliant development of quality, effectiveness, and adaptation of services to the latest scientific and technical requirements are key contributions to ensuring a sustainable future.
TPW is committed to maintaining its accreditations by participating in proficiency and/or comparative tests.
This allows the performance of the testing laboratory to be compared internationally.
Proficiency and/or comparative tests serve as quality assurance measures, reduce risk potential, and assess the qualification of personnel.
These tests are planned and defined for the accreditation period (five years).
We offer our services to everyone and therefore exclude any form of discrimination.
Each year, the management analyzes potential conflicts of interest that may arise from relationships with affiliated entities.
All employees commit themselves
- to comply with all requirements of DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025,
- to good professional practice and the highest quality for the customer. This means that no testing steps are omitted to reduce costs at the expense of quality,
