We apply the highest standards in our analyses, which also applies to quality management. That is why TPW CTinspect is a DAkkS-accredited testing laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
This accreditation also covers DIN EN ISO 15708-3 for radiographic testing using CT. For you, this means security and validated results.
For OEMs in the automotive industry, our defect analyses are carried out in accordance with P201/VW50097 and P202/VW50093 as well as P203.

Our modern equipment covers the entire range of measuring devices used in the computer tomography industry. From nanofocus X-ray sources for the smallest details to high-energy CT for massive components – we analyse your components non-destructively.

Your data security – our service promise:
Your measurement data is your capital. We protect it. Our servers are located in Germany and data is transferred via password-protected cloud or, on request, via physical data carriers. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a matter of routine for us. As an industrial CT service provider, we always provide you with the full basic data set (volume data), ensuring that you retain data sovereignty at all times. Depending on the desired analysis, our offering is expanded to include measurement data, cross-sectional images or animations.
Best of all, you don't need expensive software for most evaluations. You can view the data we generate directly with a free viewer. This allows you to measure and archive the digital twin of your component at any time and perform visual analyses yourself.
